Where hands-on work helps, we use common household items or send materials ahead so the work happens off-screen. A printer is occasionally handy and never required.

Rescheduling is handled directly with your family. Life with elementary-aged children is not predictable and we do not pretend otherwise.

No. A tutoring service promising a specific academic outcome by a specific date is claiming more than anyone can know. What we commit to is honest reporting — including telling you if tutoring does not look like the right support for your child.

No. Our work is instructional. Any skills review we carry out exists so teaching can begin in the right place — it is not psychological testing, a disability evaluation or a formal school assessment, and tutoring does not replace school-based support services. If a student's difficulties suggest that support beyond tutoring may be appropriate, families may wish to discuss their concerns with the child's teacher, school or an appropriate qualified professional.

Submit a tutoring request describing your student's grade, subject and current concerns. We follow up to arrange a complimentary initial consultation and, if it looks like a fit, to schedule a first session.

Yes. The initial consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is a conversation with a parent or guardian about the student's needs, academic concerns, goals and scheduling, and whether we look like an appropriate fit. It is not a trial tutoring session and not an academic assessment.

We will tell you. Sometimes the more useful next step is a conversation with the classroom teacher or with the school about what support may be available. Saying so costs us a client and keeps our credibility, which is the better trade.
