This website is operated by Peak Online Learning, which provides one-on-one online tutoring for elementary students in transitional kindergarten through 5th grade to families in the United States.
Educational services, not clinical services
Peak Online Learning provides educational instruction. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, psychological or clinical advice, and no part of our tutoring constitutes a disability evaluation, psychological testing or a formal school assessment. Any skills review conducted as part of tutoring is instructional in nature — it identifies a student's academic starting point so instruction can be personalized.
If a student's difficulties suggest that support beyond tutoring may be appropriate, families may wish to discuss their concerns with the child's teacher, school or an appropriate qualified professional.
No guarantee of outcomes
Educational progress depends on many factors outside our control, including consistency of attendance, the nature of a student's difficulty, and circumstances at school and at home. Peak Online Learning makes no guarantee of any specific academic result, grade improvement, score or timeline.
Descriptions of tutoring on this website explain what the tutoring experience generally involves. They are not contractual terms and do not constitute a promise of specific inclusions, frequency, duration or outcomes for any individual student.

Articles in the Learning Academy and elsewhere on this site are general educational information for parents. They are not tailored to any individual child and should not be treated as an evaluation of one. Applying general guidance to a specific child is a decision for that child's parents, teachers and, where relevant, qualified professionals.
Pricing
The starting program investment shown on this website — currently from $280 per month for a personalized online tutoring program — is current at the time of publication and may change. The arrangement applicable to your family is the one confirmed with you directly.
Scheduling
Session scheduling, rescheduling and any other arrangements are agreed directly with each family. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of specific contractual terms; the terms applicable to your family are the ones confirmed with you directly.
Relationship to South Bay Peak Learning
Peak Online Learning is the national online brand. South Bay Peak Learning is a separate, locally focused brand providing in-person tutoring in South Bay Los Angeles communities. The two share the same organizational leadership and the same educational philosophy. Services, availability and arrangements differ between them.
