What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you submit a tutoring request, that includes your name, email address, phone number, your general location or state, and the information you provide about your child's grade, subjects, academic concerns, goals and scheduling preferences.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
How we use it
Information submitted through the tutoring request form is used to respond to your inquiry, to prepare for an initial consultation, and — if your family becomes a tutoring family — to deliver and coordinate tutoring services. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form processing
Our tutoring request form is processed by a third-party form delivery service, which transmits submissions to our email address. Your submission passes through that service in order to reach us. We do not control that provider's own data practices.
Information about children
This website is directed at parents and guardians, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information you provide about your child is provided by you, as their parent or guardian, and is used only to assess fit and to deliver tutoring services.
Information about a student's academic performance is treated as confidential. We do not publish, share or discuss identifiable information about any student without a parent's explicit permission.
Testimonials
We publish no testimonials at this time. If a family chooses to share their experience in the future, it will be published only with explicit written permission and with exactly as much or as little identifying detail as that family is comfortable with. We do not invent, purchase or paraphrase testimonials.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained only as long as it is useful for responding to you or for delivering services. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided. Contact us at 310-853-2686 and we will handle the request directly.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
